Splash are commited to eliminating no-shows. As such, you can accept pre-payments when people book online. This can be from 0% all the way to 100% of the base price. For example, you may wish to charge a £10 pre-pay for a £18 cut (or set the pre-pay to £18 to allow for the whole fee to be paid in advance). I don't understand

Set a default duration for an appointment. This can be modified when an appointment is being created - it's just a default value.
Some advanced services may only be able to be done by certain members of your team. If this is the case, you can add a list of qualified staff - this service will only be able to be booked with those staff. Unless this setting is modified, all staff will be listed as qualified.

User Accounts Users must be of legal age to create accounts on Splash, providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. 3. User-Generated Content Users may generate content within Splash. By doing so, users grant Splash a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display the content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. No user-generated content violating laws or infringing on rights will be accepted. 4. Payment and Billing For users subscribing to paid services, Splash may collect and store payment details securely for billing purposes. Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their billing information, and Splash reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts with inaccurate or incomplete billing information. Details about the services requiring payment, billing frequency, and any applicable taxes or fees can be found in our pricing information. 5. Compliance with GDPR Splash is committed to complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data protection laws. User data is treated with utmost confidentiality and stored securely on Firebase servers. For more details, contact gdpr@splash.hair. 6. User Data Deletion Users have the right to request the deletion of their data. To exercise this right, users can send an email to gdpr@splash.hair with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." Splash will respond promptly to such requests in accordance with applicable data protection laws. 7. Security Measures User data is stored securely on Firebase servers. Splash employs industry-standard security measures to protect user data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, users are advised that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and therefore, Splash cannot guarantee absolute security. We encourage users to enable two-factor authentication for enhanced security. 8. Changes to Terms of Use Splash reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms of Use at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
